1 Pyramadis | | 1.1 What's Pyramadis? | The goal of the project is to finance an humanitarian durable project in engineering. I'm inviting you to read the «The City» section.
Pyramadis comes from «Pyram» and «Adis» meaning «Pyramids of ads» in the local dialect of the first pharaonic dynasty Zyros established in 2994 B.C.. The Pharaoh Zyros, having received of his old grandfather a medallion revealing the sad future of humanity, wishes to build the Pyramadis city. A judicious alignment of 7 pyramids forming the city would cause an absolute beneficial power for the generations to come according to legends of ancien Egypt.
Thus, to build the 7 pyramids, the pharaoh asks to noble and rich kings to invest money by placing ads on each block of the pyramids. Being an eternal city, Pyramadis will give them an excellent visibility and a good traffic of visitors for a very long period (at least 1 000 days). |
| 1.2 What's the goal of the project? | The goal of the project is to finance an humanitarian durable project in engineering. I'm inviting you to read the «The City» section.
Having personal convictions to help the humanity, I wish to use this project to start bigger projects to help people in the software engineering fields. Thank you for your support. |
| 1.3 Who's the Pharaoh? | Although the story seems real, it's all about my imagination. Perhaps Hollywood will feel inspired... who knows! I would well place myself in a good action movie with Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore!
I'm, for the moment, a simple «pawn» in this society. I wish to change my «pawn» status in order to really help people and to start durable projects in engineering. I'm inviting you to read the «The City» section. This project would thus be used to save funds for good future purposes! For curious people, I did not follow any studies in archaeology, I am not officially a pharaoh, I'm Jonathan Roy and I live in Montreal (Quebec, Canada). I'm a junior software engineer and Zyros is the name of my small company. On the other hand, Egypt and its mysteries fascinate me. I believe I'm neither insane nor disturbed, but I am impassioned in what I undertake. To save the world, too idealistic. To help, why not! |
| 1.4 What's the duration of Pyramadis? | | The project will last 1 000 days minimum which is 2,7 years. For advertisers, that represents much visibility and traffic of visitors spread over a great period. For registered members (citizens of Pyramadis), that represents alot of cash prizes after each complete construction of pyramid! Advertise, play, take part and win! |
| 1.5 What's the Chronomadis? | | The Chronomadis is the ancestor of the stop watch used by the scribes and the astronomers of Pyramadis to calculate time. Chronomadis is the unit of time that you observe at the top of your pages and indicates the time before the next delivery of your resources by workers. As a worker of Pyramadis, when time is past, you must deal with the transport of the stone and gold bags in order to continue the construction of your pyramids while clicking on the Chronomadis. |
| 1.6 Why building pyramids | | The citizens (members of Pyramadis) can build personal pyramids to increase their chances to win during contests. More pyramids you have and more chances you have to win. The magic items multiply your chances! |
| 1.7 Why the gold and stone ressources? | | The resources (gold and stone bags) allow the citizens to build their blocks of pyramids. Each built pyramid increase their chance to win a cash prize during contests. If you have the talisman of Pyramadis and the medallion of Zyros, you increase your production of resources and multiply your chances to win for each built pyramid! |
| 1.8 Why the workers and the morale? | | The workers and the morale are needed during the construction of your pyramids. If you have more workers with an high morale, you will reduce the building time of your pyramids. A maximum of 210 workers and a maximum morale of 165 % can be reached. You can buy workers while the morale can be increased with the magic items. |
